多様なビジネスを許容する大らかな受け皿。 

ビジネスと文化が混在する芝大門の地に建つ、
新たな企業の進出を支える9階建てのセットアップオフィスのデザイン。
東京と品川の狭間、変化の波を受け止めながら、
スタートアップや地方からの進出企業など、多様な働き手が集うおおらかな受け皿として機能することを意図している。
空間はニュートラルでありながら、心地よさを感じるマテリアルが思考をやわらかく支える。
ファサードは芝大神宮の門構えをモチーフに、街の象徴性を現代のディテールで再構築し、
外と内の連続が、入居するワーカーと都市のリズムを静かに結ぶ。
変化の時代に寄り添いながらも、空間に身を置くことで自然に呼吸し、
思考や交流が生まれるような、働く場の新しい原型を描いた。

Located in Shiba Daimon, where commerce and culture converge,
this nine-story setup office supports the growth of emerging companies.
Situated between Tokyo and Shinagawa, it absorbs the city’s ever-shifting rhythms,
serving as an open platform for startups and regional enterprises alike.
The interior, neutral yet tactile, eases the mind and encourages focus.
Its façade, inspired by the gate of nearby Shiba Daijingu Shrine,
reinterprets a local symbol with contemporary detailing,
while the continuity between exterior and interior subtly connects occupants to the city’s pulse.
In this space attuned to change, one can breathe naturally,
allowing thought and collaboration to flourish—a new archetype of the modern workplace.
