そんなクライアントの素敵な想いを、moss.でデザインを担当した集合住宅 Patio Komaoka の経緯を辿りつつ、
他の物件に住む魅力的な住まい手の方のインタビューも交えて、
駒岡に住むことの魅力と地場に寄り添う不動産屋さんがいることの価値を伝えながら、
その両者のコラボレーションが生むライフスタイルの無限の可能性を実際の事例を通して体感してもらえるような冊子を目指した。

We traced the history of Patio Komaoka, a housing complex that we designed at moss.
We will also include interviews with other attractive residents who live in other properties, and discuss the appeal and geographical features of living in Komaoka.
The appeal of living in Komaoka, the value of having a real estate agent who is close to the local community, and the lifestyle created by the collaboration between the two.

We aimed to create a booklet that would allow the reader to experience to the fullest the infinite possibilities of the lifestyle that can be created through the collaboration of these two parties.
